Up for sale, an incredible example of a vintage 1985 Marshall JCM 800 2204 50-Watt head amp in Very Good+ condition for tis age.

The 2204 50-watt model is one of the most desired of all the JCM 800 series because of the versatility of having a Master Volume and “only” 50-Watt, which is more preferred by most of guitarist.

If you got tho this listing you clearly know what a JCM 800 is. A truly classic, Made in tha UK and equipped with 6550 power tubes. This is one of the earlier ones with the dark green tolex and the Checkerboard cloth, which only happened during a short period of time in the mid eighties.

This amp comes from Brad Gillis, guitar player who played for Ozzy Osbourne and Night Ranger. As far as the condition, it’s in pretty clean state and perfect working order, without any mods. Except from the tubes, everything seems to be all original. Even-though not installed not he photos, the back metal cover is included as shown on one of the photos. Aesthetically, it looks pretty clean and beside some normal wear from nearly 40 year old, the tolex and the grill cloth are both in excellent condition as well as the corners and handle.
